Georgia Workers’ Compensation Attorney

Mrs. Chinny Law is committed to rigorously advocating for injured workers’ rights and establishing highly personalized working relationships with her clients. As a former workers’ compensation paralegal and instructor at the university level, she is uniquely postured to empathize with her clients and effectively communicate in the courtroom. Mrs. Law is known for maintaining lasting relationships with her clients well past the resolution of their cases.

Mrs. Law attended John Marshall Law School where she graduated in the top twenty percent of her class. She holds a Master’s Degree in Conflict Management and an undergraduate degree in Political Science, both from Kennesaw State University.  She has tried and appealed cases before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and has participated in successful mediation settlement conferences.  Furthermore, she has written appellate briefs and delivered oral arguments before the Board’s Appellate Division.

Mrs. Law is the recipient of the 2018 Ingrid Rosenthal Leadership Scholarship, which is given by the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG), a national organization dedicated to representing the interests of injured workers and their families.

Mrs. Law is also a graduate of the Georgia Bar’s prestigious Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy and recipient of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers Foundation Scholarship. She is a first generation Filipino-American, who was born and raised in Georgia. Mrs. Law has volunteered for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, Nicholas Shelter, and the Augusta Wills Clinic.  Additionally, she is an active student mentor.

Outside the office, she enjoys traveling with her husband and hiking with her two rescue dogs.  She is an active tennis player, skier, and yogi.
