Senior Paralegal, Workers’ Compensation
Gail Bailey is the Senior Workers’ Compensation Paralegal and Legal Administrator for The Ramos Law Firm. With 19 years of experience working for Atlanta law firms, Gail has devoted more than a decade to helping achieve the best results for clients of the Ramos Law Firm. Working side-by-side with Attorneys Bryan Ramos and Chinny Law, Gail partners with injured workers to listen to their story, understand their needs and strategize the best legal course to take.
Gail earned her Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Gwinnett Technical Institute and her paralegal certificate from the American Institute for Paralegal Studies. A continual student and teacher, she has conducted a number of seminars and webinars for paralegals in both the Atlanta area and on a national level through the National Business Institute. She is a national and local member of the Association of Legal Administrators.
Actively engaged in her community, church and in youth mentoring, Gail is highly involved in the Boy Scouts of America, among other organizations. She currently serves the Boy Scouts on many levels including: a den leader for a Cub Scout Pack, a parent volunteer with a Boy Scout Troop, and she is the District Commissioner for her District. Gail has served on staff for the 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 Northeast Georgia Council Wood Badge course, an elite training course for adult leaders. She is also the Administrative Section Chief for Winterfest, a high adventure event for Explorer and Venturers. In August 2017 she was awarded the Silver Beaver Award, a council-level distinguished service award. In July she attended the National Boy Scout Jamboree with approximately 30,000 other Scouts and Scouters.
